Before I started training with Jamie, I was frustrated with my lack of progress, although I was a regular gym goer and didn't have any issues with motivation, I wasn't getting the results from the gym I was looking for.

Now, I found a new passion for the gym following my sessions with Jamie. I feel like I have been re-educated about how to make progress and get the best out of my efforts at the gym - definitely keeps me wanting to keep getting into the gym.

The improvements you see both in strength gains and in weight loss are obviously always high up on the list, however I think the variety really is they key benefit of having Jamie as my PT

For anyone thinking of joining, I would say go for it you have nothing to lose, however you have to give as much as you get. Jamie has a great attitude to make the experience fun and beneficial, however you are only going to be as successful as your own levels of motivation. That said Jamie will definitely give you the tools to be successful.
