Before training with Jamie, I wasn't as highly motivated to think that I should train regularly. I was just living my life, balancing both work and playing football and if I could, had occasionally attended the gym in between thinking I knew what I was doing.

Fast forward to now - I've been training with Jamie for just over a year and I can definitely say that since first starting, I feel more motivated towards training and have also been training on a more consistent basis. What's different from then and now is the change in mentality which has seen myself wanting to fit more sessions as well as training to fit goals on a more personal level. As training has now become a big part of my daily structure, I have gained confidence through improving and knowing what I need to do to reach the goals and through the sessions, I'm able to learn with practice to take back when implementing my own workout whether it be at the gym or outside of it.

One of the best part of training has been seeing the gradual improvements made over time in terms of both technique and strength. Since I play a lot of football, I have improved vastly in my fitness and strength as Jamie has been a massive help in guiding and providing his knowledgeable expertise but also being able to support and give feedback on a 1-1 basis. With great experience, Jamie is able to provide blocks of various exercises which allows you to get the best out of your sessions and also to personally fit to what you want to achieve, adding heaps of nutritional data along the way whilst keeping a healthy balance.

Jamie is friendly, easily approachable but is also very professional at what he does. His passion to personally train and guide you to improve always makes you feeling satisfied after each session and it shows how much he values you as a client. Jamie is also very responsive and quite flexible in terms of being able to tailor to your needs such as when having sustained an injury. He is able to quickly adapt to situations allowing you to feel comfortable and wanting to train continuously.

I would highly recommend seeking Jamie as your personal trainer as he has been amazing throughout my journey and is a great friend and motivator. You definitely won't be feeling disappointed!
